Broadway Musical, Check Check!

On April 17th, I attended the Broadway Musical Wicked at the Morrison Center. It was AMAZING!!! The service that my friend, Mandy and I received from the ushers made the experience even better. We were ushered to our seats and then about five minutes later the usher came back to ask us a question. He first apologized because he felt that asking how well we could see was rude. We told him that he was not being rude and that we can see some of it from where our seats were. He asked us if we wanted to move closer, how could we say no! There were handicap seats that were not being used and we got to move about ten rows closer! There was the orchestra and then ten rows between us and the stage. It was great seats! The show, acting, and the singing was phenomenal. Even when we couldn't see certain parts we felt the emotion in the scene and we were able to follow it well. I don't even know how to explain how amazing the musical was, everything about that night was perfect! It was worth the money and I wish I could see it again.

Disney World, Check!

My Grandma Diana took her grandchildren to Disney World for Spring Break and we were able to visit my aunt Michelle and her family there as well. We spent the first four days in Disney World and then went to Michelle's house to see where they live and see the beach. Sadly, my trip ended up not going well for me. I ended up getting a very bad cold on the second day and I had to stay in bed for two and half days. I was able to go to Disney World for about a day and half. I was sad that I missed out and I wished I could have seen more, but what I was able to do was a good time! I will have to go back again and also go to Universal Studios as well. The difference in Disneyland and Disney World is crazy! Disneyland is TINY compared to there! There is so much more to see and do! You can't just got to Disney World for a couple days, it needs to be a week trip!

The Florida weather was acting weird as well, lots of wind, overcast, rain and thunder. We went to the beach in Sarasota and it reminded me of when I went to the beach in NC when I went for softball. Good memories. It was not sunny out when we went, but that didn't stop the kids. They were out in that water having a blast and body boarding. If I was not feeling so icky I would have joined them. I was pretty lame on that trip and seemed to be blowing my nose every minute. But it was checked off the bucket list! :)
